Who am I?

I do know a lot of things for certain like my name (imaan) or my favourite colours (specifically the red and cyan tones from vintage movie theatre glasses). I also think I’m still figuring out a lot about who I am too, so for now Ill just say that who I am is an amalgamation of all my experiences (the good and bad), my lovely family especially my twin sister who is quite literally apart of me and friends who love me and my impulsive tendency’s. That makes me Imaan a 22 year old aspiring chef/ restauranteur and part time artist. Someone who lives in their head daydreaming about childhood memories and yet knows exactly what my future will hold.

What do I do?

Like I said before I aspire to be a chef and a restauranteur, opening it places in Toronto that can transport you to a different place in time or a different place in the world. Until then I spend my days trying to learn as much about food and cooking as possible, working here in Toronto or abroad traveling and tasting my way through the world. When I have a beat I like to paint ( I have a degree in fine art so I should put it to some use). I occasionally make commission pieces!
